This plan can be cancelled and terminated under the following conditions as per the process defined hereunder:

If your product does not qualify the eligibility criteria, you may request to cancel & terminate this service plan within 15 days of its purchase. In such a case, you will be entitled to full refund of the service fee paid by you through the source of purchase of your InfyShield Service Plan.

If you have purchased the plan but decide later-on not to continue with the service plan, You may request to cancel this plan within 15 days of its purchase. This cancellation is without obligation and you are entitled to full refund of the service fee paid by you through the source of purchase of your InfyShield Service Plan.

To cancel your plan under above conditions (please be careful because after expiry of 15 days of purchase of this plan, no cancellation from your end will be permitted and no refund will be made), simply return Your Service Plan Certificates with all documents & packing in the kit along with a notice of cancellation to the sales dealer / source from where you purchased this plan who is empowered by us to help you with the cancellation process.

This plan automatically terminates on the last day of validity of the service plan. All service requests reported and logged with proper case ID / call login reference number will be honored by us for repair / replacement as per this service plan.

This plan will be treated as automatically cancelled with or without notice in the event of fraud, attempted fraud, theft of the product or non-disclosure of any changes that affect this plan and no refund of plan fee will be due to our end.

This plan stands automatically terminated in case of Product replacement to you in the “event of default”. Please refer to the relevant section for the same in the Service Plan documents.

Termination without cause: We may cancel the plan at our sole discretion at any time by giving you 15 days’ notice in writing to your last known address. You will be eligible for a pro-rata refund of the fee you paid adjusted after tax. The refund will be made to you within 60 days of such notice.
